Elizabeth was born in our home and was an exceptional representative of the British, Fox Red Labrador Retriever breed. She carried herself with a very regal attitude and excellent conformation.

She began competing in the show ring when she was only 9 months old and won her International Champion title when she was just 15 months old! She achieved Best of Breed at the International All-Breed Canine Association meet in Marietta, Georgia in 2011.

She completed her field and water training at our Ranch. She enjoyed hunting and retrieving. She ranged close and easily found dead birds. Elizabeth had very strong fox red lines in her AKC Pedigree. She came from two of our best, Victoria and Arthur in their 2009 litter, and was a great part of our kennel, Pheasant Ridge Ranch.

She had her first litter of true, boxy, British Labradors on December 27, 2011 and the sire was Int. Ch. Philip’s Trial By Jury. We kept, Queen Redburga, from that litter.  We bred Elizabeth to International Champion Simbetha’s Just a Decoy in 2013 which was a small litter of only 4 pups.   Elizabeth then had a litter in 2015 and Keepsake Gunnar’s Trial By Jury was the sire.  All of these pups were deep fox red, boxy head and bodies with excellent dispositions and conformation.   We were very please with all of the pups Elizabeth brought into this world!

Sadly, she died very suddenly in October of 2017!  It was just before opening weekend and just before the time to breed her for her last litter.  She will be greatly missed for many years to come.  She was an absolute treasure!
