Dale completed his last hunt during opening weekend in October of 2014. He did his job well, pointed and found the dead birds as usual. It is hard to believe he is no longer with us! Dale was an outstanding hunter and a great representative of what German Shorthaired Pointers should be made of. His pedigree is loaded with NFC, FC, AFC titles from both American and Canadian Shorthairs on his father’s side and a CH German title on his mother’s side He came to us as a pup and began his training with Harold Adams. Our kennel grew and his training was continued and maintained by our staff. We bred Dale and Millie in 2005 and kept the litter for our own use in hunting. Dale roamed the field with a smooth “S” pattern and ranged at a very good distance. He was always eager to please, had a very strong nose and hunted well with other dogs. He and his brother Dan were both exceptional hunters. Dale is greatly missed!
